I am a Tai Chi enthusiast from Russia. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 12 years. In the past 12 years, I have not only improved my skills, but also been greatly nourished in my soul. Tai Chi is not only a martial art, but also a philosophy of life, a way to live in harmony with nature.
At the Jiaozuo International Tai Chi Exchange Competition, I was fortunate to win the championship in Traditional Tai Chi Taolu and Tai Chi Single Sword. These achievements are not only a recognition of my skills, but also an affirmation of my persistence and love. Every competition and performance is an opportunity for me to learn and grow, allowing me to understand the essence of Tai Chi more deeply.
In Russia, I have my own Tai Chi school with hundreds of local students. Every year I bring my students to Chenjiagou Tai Chi School for training. This is my 10th time to Chenjiagou – the birthplace of Tai Chi. Every time I come here, I can feel a special energy. Every tree and grass, every brick and tile here are full of the history and culture of Tai Chi. In Chenjiagou, I not only learned more techniques and routines, but more importantly, I learned how to integrate the spirit of Tai Chi into my daily life.
I believe that Tai Chi is not only a physical exercise, but also a spiritual practice. Through Tai Chi, I learned how to face the challenges in life and how to stay optimistic and strong in adversity. Tai Chi made me understand that true strength comes from inner peace and determination.
In the days to come, I will continue my Tai Chi journey, continue to explore and learn, and pass on this ancient and profound wisdom. I hope that through my efforts, more people can understand Tai Chi, feel its charm, and find a quiet place of their own in the busyness and pressure.
